• You can give the boxes as a gift, customized to when the nuptials will be. We also have single-box options to send!

• We're not going to charge you a cancellation fee. Ever. We’re a drama-free breakup zone.

You can start your subscription whenever you want! Most brides-to-be start as soon as they get engaged and enjoy getting their boxes in the mail right up until they are married. Also, our boxes ship at other frequencies too - we offer bi-weekly, every other month and all-at once.

Isn’t life better when you get to choose? Your subscription box can be delivered every two weeks, once a month, or every two months. Need to change the frequency? We use a safe and secure 128-bit encryption payment system. There will be a pending transaction on the credit card for the subscription box you choose, and within a few business days, the transaction will be posted to your credit card.

Never! Each subscription box is specifically curated for the theme, with complementary items that will delight and amaze. You'll receive something new in each box!

We’ve spent a ton of time finding quality products at a price point that is super affordable for a monthly subscription. For this reason, we cannot customize boxes at this time.

Absolutely! Our items are suitable for anyone who identifies as Ms/Mrs, She/Hers, or They/Them/Theirs. None of the items are for the groom or those who identify as the groom. We are always searching for inclusive items, and we believe strongly that love is love.

We’ll assist you in canceling your subscription.

We have a rigorous quality inspection process with our suppliers and warehouse. But we’re all human, and mistakes happen. Please reach out to us through chat or email HereToHelp@MrsAtLastBox.com, and we’ll be more than happy to make it right!

Who likes paying for shipping? Nobody! Standard shipping within the Continental US and Canada* is free, with a delivery time of approximately 7 to 10 business days. However, if you need the boxes shipped out sooner, there are options available for Express or Priority Express shipping services at an additional cost.

• Please note that items shipping to Canada are considered international goods. These are subject to random checks by Canada Customs that could result in possible delays.

We currently ship to all 50 Continental U.S. states and Canada! If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada and are interested in receiving our gift boxes, contact us via chat or email us HereToHelp@MrsAtLastBox.com to discuss shipping options.

We absolutely do ship to our friends in the Great White North - at no charge! Please note that boxes shipped to Canada are considered international goods. As such, these shipments are subject to random checks by Canada Customs, which could result in possible delays which are out of our control. Please allow extra time for delivery to Canada.
